At MACOM Medical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your compression garment or medical-grade shapewear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all hygiene seals intact.

Log into your account or visit our returns portal to initiate your request and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene strips are attached to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
